Our group surf lessons in Ama’s school are a great way to get an introduction into surfing and enjoy time on the beach in the safe environment.  Our open group lessons give you the chance to learn in a supportive and friendly atmosphere, join the group as an individual or bring some friends, we cater for all ages and abilities.

Group surf lessons are aimed for beginning and intermediate surfers. Group lessons take place in waist deep water so you actually do not even have to know how to swim in order to participate.  There are a maximum of 5 students to 1 instructor in a group lesson though we rarely operate at that maximum.

There is always an instructor with you in the water offering tips and tricks to improve your surfing.  We will share our time amongst all students by rotating around giving each person plenty of one-on-one instruction throughout the two hours.
